Cancellation Policy for Yacht Charter

1. Cancellation by Charterer:

• Up to 90 Days Prior to Departure: If the charterer cancels the booking more than 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
• Between 90 and 30 Days Prior to Departure: If the charterer cancels the booking between 90 and 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date 50% of the total charter fee will be forfeited. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
• Less than 30 Days Prior to Departure: If the charterer cancels the booking less than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, 100% of the total charter fee will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Operator:

• The operator reserves the right to cancel the charter in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failures, adverse weather conditions, or other safety concerns. In such cases, the charterer will be offered the option to reschedule the charter or receive a full refund of all payments made.

3. No-Show Policy:

• If the charterer fails to arrive at the designated departure location on the agreed-upon date and time, it will be considered a no-show. In this event, no refunds will be issued, and the entire charter fee will be forfeited.

4. Refund Process:

• All refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Travel Insurance:

• It is strongly recommended that charterers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellation fees and unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

6. Modification of Terms:

• The operator reserves the right to modify or amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the charterer in writing and will be effective immediately upon posting.
